- Collect the 4 - Game 7 Location cards.
- Stack them in with the "1 of 4" card on top and the "4 of 4" card on bottom.
- Place them face up in the Locations space on the board.

- Collect the Dark Arts cards with this text in the upper right corner:
- Base: Game 1, Game 2, Game 3, Game 4, Game 5, Game 6, Game 7
- Charms: Pack 1, Pack 2
- Collect the Dark Arts Potions cards with this text in the upper right corner:
- Shuffle them and place the stack face down in the Dark Arts space on the board.

- Collect the Pack 4 The Final Horcrux (2 of 3) Encounter card.
- Place it face up in the Horcrux space on the board.
- Collect the 6 - Game 7 Horcrux cards.
- Stack in order with the "1 of 6" card on top and the "6 of 6" card on bottom.
- Place them face up on top of the Pack 4 The Final Horcrux card.
- Collect the remainder Encounter cards with this text in the upper right corner:
- Pack 1, Pack 2, Pack 3, Pack 4
- Shuffle them and randomly select 3 of them.
- Stack them in order and place them face up, in order, on top of the Horcrux cards.

- Place the Pack 4 Lord Voldemort Villain card face up on the Villain space on the board.
- Shuffle the rest of the Villain cards and split it into two stacks.
- Collect the Game 5, Game 6, AND Game 7 Lord Voldemort Villain cards and shuffle them into one of the stacks.
- Place it face down on top of the Voldemort card.
- Shuffle the other stack and place it face down on top of the previous stack.There should be 33 total Villains in this stack.
- Reveal the top 3 Villain cards and place them in the spaces below the Villain stack.

- Each player takes a Player Board and puts a Heart token on the 10 spot.
- Each player chooses a Charm Ability board and places it above their Player Board.
- Each player takes the assigned Hero:
- Player 1: Game 7 Hermione Granger
- Player 2: Game 7 Ron Weasley (Starting Player)
- Take the appropriate Hero Cards and places them above each player's Player Board.
- Each player chooses a Game 6 Proficiency card and places it beside their Hero Card.
- Collect the appropriate Hero Decks (10 cards each with the hero's name at the bottom).
- Shuffle each deck and place the stack face down to the right of each player's Player Board.
- Each player draws 5 cards to form their starting hands.

- Collect the Hogwarts cards with this text in the upper right corner:
- Base: Game 1, Game 2, Game 3, Game 4, Game 5, Game 6, Game 7
- Charms: Pack 1, Pack 2, Pack 3, Pack 4
- Remove these Ally cards:
- Remove the Game 7 Hermione Granger Ally card and put back in the box
- Remove the Game 7 Ron Weasley Ally card and put back in the box
- Be sure not to include the Hero Starting Decks (the 10 cards with Hero's names on the bottom).
- Shuffle them and place the stack face down in the Hogwarts space on the board.
- Place the top 6 cards face up in the spaces below the deck.

- Put the Potions Board near the main board.
- Collect the Potions cards with this text in the upper right corner:
- Charms: Pack 2, Pack 3, Pack 4
- Shuffle them and place the stack face down on the Potions Board.
- Reveal the top 2 Potions cards and place them in the spaces at the bottom of the Potions Board.
- Put the Epic Charms & Potions Game Potions Shelf Requirement overlay on the Potions Board.
- Choose A side or B Side (A Side was chosen randomly for you).
- Put the Ingrediant chips face down at the top of the Potions Board.
- Fill each pair of circles beside each potion with random Ingredient chips (10 chips total).

- Put the Petrificut Totalus shield tokens near the board.
- Put the Hogwarts House dice near the board.
- If owned, put the Game 7 Basilisk Fang expansion card near the board.
