10. Draw and reveal the next Venue card
11. Set timer for 7 minutes

1. Deal 3 cards from the Store Deck and 3 cards from the Core Deck to each player
2. Reveal a new Element Metagame Update card
3. Set timer for 7 minutes
4. Aftermarket is open to buy and sell
